While an account is restricted from access as a result of a charge-back or other billing dispute, no items can be moved or transferred to another account.
However, Items with expiration dates do not have their duration paused. These items will not be restored or have their duration extended following the return of access due to a charge-back or other billing disputes resolution.

Please provide the following in your request:
- Email address registered to the affected account
- Account ID (if known)
- Game title, region and server, and the names of any characters housed on the account in question.
- Please provide a description of the error that you are experiencing, including any error messages that are received.
