If you are currently facing a situation similar to what’s being described above, it is suggested that you submit a support ticket to our billing agents at your earliest convenience.
If an account is restricted, then access cannot be granted until any deficit is repaid. You do not have to be the one to personally repay the deficit, but the access restriction can only be lifted once the deficit is resolved.

Please provide the following in your request:
- Email address registered to the affected account
- Account ID (if known)
- Game title, region and server, and the names of any characters housed on the account in question.
- Please provide a description of the error that you are experiencing, including any error messages that are received.
