The exact owed balance must be repaid in order to regain access to the account. An amount of Prepaid NX can be placed on the account that exceed the owed amount, but providing less than the owed amount will not restore account access.

- Game title, region and server, and the names of any characters housed on the account in question.
- Please provide a description of the error that you are experiencing, including any error messages that are received.
