Owed funds cannot be paid off by returning items purchased using NX. Owed funds can only be paid off with unspent Prepaid NX. Nexon America has a firm no refund policy in regards to item purchases that are involved in a billing dispute.

- Account ID (if known)
- Game title, region and server, and the names of any characters housed on the account in question.
- Please provide a description of the error that you are experiencing, including any error messages that are received.
